Chef Erin Shambura and Wine Expert Joe Campanale have created an Italian restaurant where tradition meets thoughtful innovation. The kitchen highlights house-made pastas, time-honored sauces, and market-driven plates, all crafted with respect for the seasons. Beverage Director Liz Rogero’s wine program focuses on Italian classics, lesser-known grape varieties, sustainably-grown grapes, family-owned wineries, and women winemakers.
